So me and my friend Mya
got interviewed by SBS a few weeks ago
about Hijabi Fashion Week (LOVE HFW)

And they asked so many questions but after editing and all...
i pretty much look like i'm just there for show...
but i found out one thing...i good at nodding my head!! hahhaha

MODESTSEA REVIEW!

Salams All!

Im sorry iv been M.I.A my laptop caught a virus (AGAiN)

i lost all my fotos... :(

but im hoping my brother inlaw can save it!! iA!

Well ANYWAYS....

Im here now and im going to be doing a review about

MODEST SWIMWEAR | MODEST SEA!

Modest Sea are a new awesome Swimwear collection!

They have the most amazing designs,

that will make you look feminine 

but still looking OH so modest.

On their site they have three options you can choose from

Full Cover Swimwear | Moderate Cover Swimwear | Mix & Match

which i think is pretty cool.

Their fabric is made with AcquaZero fabric

which was developed by Sitip in Italy.

Allhamdullilah i have been lucky enough

to try out one of their swim suits.

And i must say I LOVE IT!!

The fabric is very very light compared to my other burqini,

so it doesn't feel heavy when you swim,

you kinda actually feel like you're wearing
nothing because its so light! hehhe

Also it drys SUPER FAST!

and that's what you want in a swimmers,

you don't want to be walking around dripping

or do you?? lol

Well as you can see i went on a holiday to the beach wearing my suit hahahaha

 LOL

Okio so i got the swimwear called CAROLINE
i choose this because im loving stripes right now
and wasn't sure if im ready to wear colour while im swimming
hrmmmmm does that make sense? lol
Okio so the Caroline is  a three piece suit.

 It comes with a headcover that has a visor attached 

which i thought was pretty cool!
it has extra coverage around the 

neck, décolletage and upper back it 

also can be tied up for more security!
but i don't like it tied up cause then 

it gets too tight for me and i feel like I'm get strangled!

 As you can see it has two stripes giving that 

nautical feel which goes in theme with the whole suit.

 The knee length tunic which has a pearl emblem 

and again two stripes across the hips (which i love)

And the slim fit pants with coordinating double-stripe ankle bands.

I'd wear these out any day!
like my shoes? lol

The thing i love about this suit is 

i don't have to worry about changing my clothes, 

till i get home from swimming cause it dries that quickly and 

LOOKS THAT GOOD!

POWERHOUSE PHOTOSHOOT!

So a couple of days ago me & some of my beautiful friends
went to a photo shoot at the power house museum
for their exhibition (which comes out next year)
it was alot of fun!
And it was good to see that
we all had our own very unique kind of style!!

So on the day we had to take a photo with a word (or a few words)
describing us that ppl wouldnt think we were..
hrmm does that make sense? LOL
guess which word mine is...

some of us got interviewed and
all of us got individual photos wuuuuu!! lol
i had a blast and to top it off we got to go to
the wiggles exhibition for the kids 

but the one with no kids went to the lace exhibition!

SPECIAL HFW DAY 8 - FOR THE LOVE OF FILASTEEN.

Well when it comes to writing poems and stuff like that..
i need a lot of time, peace & quiet.
but unfortunately that does happen very often!
So here's a photo i found online 

which i think says everything and

The Language of Actions

Anger and Strife spread through societies veins

Each human being finding another to cast its blame

Footprints of fear cover the earth’s surface

People searching for their worth falsely feeding a perceived sense of purpose

Can there be stillness amongst all this fear?

So that we can sense Truth, what is ultimately near

It is the eternal being that demands its right

And its denial will show in the form of society’s strife

It is in the fearful faces of children shackled in unnecessary war

And in the equally fearful actions of their enemies refusal to hear the voice of their inner core

It is in the anger of the youth the ease with which they hate

They are still innocent souls; their hearts deviated from their original state

The villains and tyrant’s sill carry beautiful souls

It is their actions of fear that I adamantly oppose

In their eyes I see a glimmer, a long lost innocence, the truth it still stews

Only it is covered by a fog, their light has blown its fuse

Anger, hate and violence are instruments in use

Playing out the hidden pain of their souls own abuse

Does a doctor scorn a patient who comes to  him who is ill?

Does he demand an explanation, a reason to charge his bill?

For anyone who inflicts pain is a patient themselves

Suffering from a blinding spiritual ailment, denial of their self

So when you see a soul, out of control, it has lost its traction

Use your spiritual senses to ‘see’ the language of its actions

Underneath the derailed earthly vices lies a soul that can be tamed

Underneath the aggressors mask lies a soul that weeps in pain

See through the layers of aggression until you see Divine Breath

So you can facilitate the healing of this earth from its spiritual death
